Viewsat Max

Okay I have Viewsat Ultra 2000 for 6 months. But it does not work past 2 months.?

Okay the box doesn’t work after you upgrade the file. I upgrade the file but it does not show any channel.No MAX,ZEE, AAJ Tak or anything.The waves bar is showing 0.Please help.Thank you for your support.
