Resell Right

do You Need a resell right when you sell ebooks ? like when u buy Ebook From amazon.com and then sell it in?

ebay or copy a book {pocket or hardcover} in your computer then make it to an ebook then sell it. i mean Resell Rights to the publisher.

Yes, you do need permission from the publisher,but you probably won’t get it. It would be similar to making copies of an audiobook for resale or photocopying a real book for resale. Publishers don’t allow multiple copyright holders for the same book.
