cost of see a hypnosis?
i suffer from social anxiety and am a really shy person, especially in front of crowd or public speaking. i was considering to see a hypnosis to over come this problem which i think may help.
does seeing a hypnotist really work? as in building my confidence levels up and getting rid of anxiety.
also, how much does it cost to see one in london.

You’d be looking for a hypnotherapist, not a hypnotist, and it would probably be something like £60 – £80 a session.
However there’s an organisation for social anxiety and social phobia, they have a forum so maybe you could ask if anyone there has any experience of it.
