Engineering Training

I’m doing my Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering.So, can i join pilot training for either defence or airline ?

I’m doing my Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering in INDIA.So, can i join pilot training for either defence or airline (outside India)?? which would be better…..and where is the best place for doing it …. India or abroad ??and what would be the approx. cos of training in idian rupees ??
