PowerSeller Needs An Alternative To Ebay!?
I have received 75 positive feedbacks and 2 negatives. Ebay has just suspended my account because I received 2 neg in a 4 week span. (by the way these neg were UNFAIR ) 1 customer contacted me almost 2 moths after recieving an item, saying he wanted a refund because item was damaged during shipment. I will not refund over 30 days later ESPECIALLY if he didn’t purchase insurance. the other was because an item was sold out. customer left neg out of stock. ALL of my listings say an item can become out of stock at any time.
My question is is there any other website like ebay. I have payed over $1000 in seller fees to ebay and they will not lift the suspension. I think this is ridiculous. This is my source of income and I need to find another way to Make Money.
My main inventory is Authentic Ed Hardy Purses and Worx Power Tools. (and so much more).
Any Ideas?
