Airtime Refill

straight talk phone help?

i registered my straight talk phone for automatic refill.
it was due to run out may 4 2010.
it showed in my bank acct that the money was taken out for it.
htne i checked my available balance (the 45 dollar plan for unlimited everything) it says airtime due june 3 2010.
i tried using my phone today and it says ” airtime is low please refill your acct”
how do i fix this i tried calling the customer service number and was on hold for over 2 hrs and now it rings busy!!!
i tried turning it off and on and it does not work

omg i have the same problem !!! STRAIGHT TALK SUCKS I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS THAT THEY WILL FIX YOUR PROBLEM BUT THEY NEVER WILL ! THEY ALWAYS MESS UP THE MONEY THAT IS IN YOUR ACCOUNT OR THEY TAKE AWAY YOUR PLAN WHEN THE THIRTY DAYS HAVEN’T PASSED !!!!
